Our Story Started in 2020
At the core of change comes unity. Why Not Her? began as a movement made by a unity of womxn that came together to enact positive change within our society. That movement led to a meeting of minds with some of the best Culture Changers in the industry to create a company that seeks to share one of the biggest powers we have; knowledge. We are all about demonstrating and indeed using your human rights. Be it in our activism and campaigning work or in our teaching workshops and seminars, we want to share our knowledge with you.
When we come together as a united force of people from all creeds, gender, colour, age and orientation who are no longer accepting inequity and gender bias; anything is possible and we should never ever be afraid to ask the question Why Not Her?
Our Mission and Core Values
We want to show you how you can be part of the solution and not the problem. Everything starts with communication and at Why Not Her? we welcome everyone to the conversation of gender equality, diversity and inclusion, as it’s one that should be had. It is an important issue in our society and culture today. As well as offering Mentorship towards Culture Change within your company, team or organisation, we offer D&I services and training. We have a group of hard-working people who are making huge strides in enacting change.
Despite significant progress towards women’s economic independence, we are still economically disadvantaged in many ways. We work towards changing that system by catering for workshops and training/mentor programmes with teams, companies and people who wish to be part of the solution and who are ready to shift towards diversity, equality and Inclusion.
YOU matter, regardless of where you come from, the colour of your skin or the society you were born into. We must support and lift each other up, when we work together for a better world, we rise together.
